Recorded courses

Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have completed less than 25% of the course and no certificate has been issued.

Live online and in-person sessions

Cancelled by you 14 or more days before the start: full refund or free transfer to another date.
7–13 days before: 50% refund or free transfer.
Less than 7 days or no-show: no refund; one transfer to a later date may be offered.
Cancelled or rescheduled by us: full refund or transfer, your choice.

Organization seats

Unassigned seats can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Assigned seats follow the rules above.

Digital products and templates

Because digital files are delivered immediately, they are not refundable once downloaded, unless the file is defective.

Cryptocurrency payments

Refunds are made in the same asset and network used for payment, for the same amount of the asset (or its value in the order currency at the time of refund, at our choice), to an address you provide in writing. We are not responsible for losses from an incorrect address you supply. Network fees are deducted.

How to request

Email us with your order code. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. On refund, the enrolment and any certificate are cancelled.
