1. Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. Organization administrators are responsible for the members they invite and the seats they assign.
2. Courses and certificates
On completion we issue a certificate of completion with a public verification code. A course is accredited by a third party only where the course page lists that accreditation. Certificates may be revoked if obtained by fraud, misrepresentation or payment reversal.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency stated, exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment may be made by card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency where offered. An enrolment becomes active only once payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain; see the refund policy.
4. Live and in-person sessions
We may reschedule or cancel a session for reasons such as insufficient participants, instructor unavailability or safety. In that case you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
5. Acceptable use
Course materials are for your personal or your organization's internal use. You may not resell, republish or share access credentials. Library templates may be adapted for internal use within your organization.
6. Safety information disclaimer
Training, templates, calculators and news summaries support, but do not replace, the judgement of a competent person and compliance with the law that applies to your activities. Machine-translated content is marked and may contain errors; the English version prevails.
7. Liability
